Welcome to Lucid, a trademark and business operation under The Vibes Incorporated Ltd. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • "We", "Our", "Us" refers to The Vibes Incorporated Ltd., doing business as "Lucid".
  • "User", "You", "Customer" refers to any person who accesses or uses our website.
  • "Services" refers to any products or services provided by Lucid.
  • "Website" refers to the primary online platform operated by Lucid.

4. Scope and Nature of Our Services

Lucid primarily offers adaptogenic and functional mushroom-infused snack bars. As our product range expands, we anticipate introducing beverages, tinctures, edibles, and other related items. We do not recommend our products for anyone under the age of 16. Individuals with underlying health conditions should consult their general practitioner prior to purchasing or consuming our products.

5. Payments

5.1. All online transactions are processed securely via our partner, Stripe.

5.2. We accept most major credit and debit cards for online purchases. We expressly exclude any other forms of online payment unless stated otherwise.

5.3. The user confirms that any payment source they use is theirs or that they have been specifically authorised by the owner of said source to use it.

6. Shipping & Deliveries

6.1. Deliveries typically occur within 2-5 business days for domestic UK orders.

6.2. Shipping charges will be clearly communicated before checkout. Periodic promotions may offer reduced or waived shipping fees.

6.3. Lucid is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

7. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

7.1. All sales are deemed final.

7.2. Exceptions will be considered in the case of damaged or expired products upon receipt. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving such products for an appropriate resolution.

7.3. Expiration and Replacement Policy: Lucid ensures that all products have sufficient shelf life to allow for reasonable consumption based on the size of the order:

  • For smaller orders (e.g., up to 16 bars), customers are expected to consume the products within the provided expiration period unless stated otherwise. Claims for replacement will not be accepted if the products have more than 2 months of shelf life remaining at the time of delivery.
  • For larger orders (e.g., 17 bars or more), Lucid guarantees a minimum of 2 months remaining before expiration at the time of purchase to accommodate extended consumption timelines. If a product in a larger order is delivered with less than 2 months before expiration, customers may contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or resolution.

8. 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only)

8.1. Lucid offers a one-time 45-day money-back guarantee to first-time customers who are not satisfied with their initial purchase made directly through the Lucid website.

8.2. This guarantee applies only to the value of your order. 

8.3. The guarantee is available to first-time customers only, and limited to one refund per customer. Repeat orders & bundles are excluded.

8.4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8.5. Lucid reserves the right to deny any refund request in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or multiple claims from the same household or individual.

8.6. How to claim:

8.6.1. Claims must be submitted within 45 days of delivery.

8.6.2. To initiate a claim, customers must email: hello@lucidworld.co.uk with all of the following:

  • The original order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction

  • A photo of the product packaging and any remaining bars (if applicable)

  • A short description of your experience using the product

8.6.3. Upon receiving the complete submission, Lucid’s customer support team will review the request. Additional follow-up questions may be sent to help us improve and validate the request.

8.6.4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

9. User Accounts and Data Protection

9.1. User data collected during registration or during the use of our services is safeguarded under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more comprehensive information on how we collect, use, and store your data, please view our Privacy Policy.

9.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Lucid, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

13. Conduct on Site

Users are expressly prohibited from compromising the security of the site, performing acts that may lead to a disruption of services, or in any way acting in a manner that is deemed malicious with respect to the website.

14. Amendment to Terms

Lucid reserves the right to amend, alter, or change these Terms at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use after any revision indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
